Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the National Community Safety Network Conference to be held in Belfast from 15th -17th June 2010.

Cancellations

No refund for fees will be available after Friday 7th May 2010. For cancellations from Friday 9th April 2010 a 20% administration charge will be made, however a substitute delegate will be welcome at no additional cost. NCSN reserve the right to change the venue and substitute topics or speakers at any time and without prior notice. They also reserve the right to cancel the event in which case all monies received will be refunded in full.

Liability

NCSN accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered to delegates or their property. Although the programme has been compiled in good faith, the content of the Speakers' presentations have been created independently and, as such, the organisers cannot accept any responsibility for the content and any consequences ensuing from the application of such content.
