Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the National Convention for Safer Communities to be held at Sheffield City Hall and other locations from 19th June 2007 to 21st June 2007.
Cancellations
No refund for fees will be available after 14th May 2007. For cancellations from 16th April 2007 a 20% administration charge will be made, however a substitute delegate will be welcome at no additional cost. The organisers reserve the right to change the venue and substitute topics or speakers at any time and without prior notice. They also reserve the right to cancel the event in which case all monies received will be refunded in full.
Liability
The organisers accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered to delegates or their property. Although the programme has been compiled in good faith, the content of the Speakers' presentations have been created independently and, as such the organisers cannot accept any responsibility for the content and any consequences ensuing from the application of such content.
