This presentation will describe some of the latest research from UCL Jill Dando Institute. It will look at the prevention of domestic burglary and why prevention requires detailed understanding of some sophisticated statistical methods. The session will look at reducing street robbery, which requires some simple analysis bearing in mind basic crime theory. ASB in the UK will also be covered, and Gloria will ask some difficult policy questions for local groups.
