Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the National Community Safety Network Conference to be held in Liverpool from 4th June 2008 to 5th June 2008.

Cancellations
No refund for fees will be available after 6th May 2008. For cancellations from 7th April 2008 a 20% administration charge will be made, however a substitute delegate will be welcome at no additional cost. The organisers reserve the right to change the venue and substitute topics or speakers at any time and without prior notice. They also reserve the right to cancel the event in which case all monies received will be refunded in full.

Liability
The organisers accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered to delegates or their property. Although the programme has been compiled in good faith, the content of the Speakers' presentations have been created independently and, as such the organisers cannot accept any responsibility for the content and any consequences ensuing from the application of such content.
