Peter Burnham - Biography
Peter has worked in Local Government for 15 years. With a background in Housing Benefits and Housing Management before getting involved in Community Safety in 1996. He has worked for District, Unitary and County Councils as well as a CDRP. As well as working in a number of crime hot-spots over the years he now works in Norfolk, parts of which are among the safest areas of the UK. Peter heads up the Norfolk County Councils community safety team which is co-located with the constabulary at police headquarters in Wymondham. He is currently engaged in the roll-out of multi-agency Safer Neighbourhood Teams and the development of the Norfolk Local Area Agreement.
