COMMUNITY SAFETY OFFICER

Can you assist us in reducing crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour in the City of London? The City of London Corporation wishes to recruit a new member of staff to assist with reducing crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour in the ‘square mile’.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating crime reduction initiatives, developing partnerships, and ensuring agreed targets and timescales are achieved. We are looking for people who are highly motivated and have substantial work experience.

You must be able to demonstrate good written and oral communication skills, have the ability to work with a wide range of people and agencies and have a good working knowledge of MS Office. Well developed organisational capabilities combined with enthusiasm and the ability to display initiative are essential. An understanding of community safety and crime reduction is desirable.
